I want to know which car is best dollar for dollar on price and gas milage. Which car will hold up better, and will have the best resale value.

two weeks ago it was reported that the Toyota Yaris was dollar for dollar the cheapest car to buy, run and maintain. Having said that if I was going to buy one I would buy the Toyota Prius. If you were one of my kids I would suggest that you wait until the 2009s are out as they are really suppose to improve a lot over the 2008. The Prius is supposed to get over 80 miles to the gallon. Honda is supposed to come out with a car in 2010 that they are already showing on TV. My problem with the car is only that they are showing it now and they are not ready to bring it to market ergo 2010 ad not 2009,…..and then again maybe it will never come to market I would go with a 2009 Prius
